5. Text Messaging Terms and SMS Consent
YellowLine SMS Program: YellowLine may send short SMS reminder messages to users who choose to opt into text reminders for specific YellowLine tools, resources, or programs.
Leadership Time Recovery Kit SMS Reminders
For the Leadership Time Recovery Kit, YellowLine sends short SMS reminders to users who opt in during kit setup. These reminders help participants remember to capture moments when leadership time is pulled into execution friction during their active kit period.
Users opt in by providing their mobile phone number and actively checking the SMS reminder consent box during the Leadership Time Recovery Kit setup process. The checkbox is optional and is not checked by default. Users can complete kit setup without opting into SMS reminders.
Message Frequency: For the Leadership Time Recovery Kit, users may receive up to 2 text messages per day for 5 days. Message frequency for other YellowLine SMS programs may vary and will be disclosed at the point of opt-in.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any YellowLine text message. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from that specific messaging program unless you opt in again.
Help Instructions: For help, reply HELP to any YellowLine text message or contact YellowLine at hello@yellowline.ai.
Consent Not Required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service from YellowLine.
Carrier Disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
